The video below shows how Muammar Gaddafi could freely move around Tripoli because he had enemies only outside Libya (NATO-Al Qaeda terrorists and random mercenaries) while scared terrorist and war criminal Obama is hated by his own citizens hence he needs much protection and he even has to hide in one of the two presidential limousines.

When in Africa, he has to have even more security, with over 100 million dollars being spent on security during his short visit.
